Maison BMore stores to receive novel mobile payment solution

Working in close with payment and business software provider Karma Technology, OMA Emirates is devising a new seamless mobile payment solutions specifically for Maison BMor's luxury retail stores. To date, the payment technology provider has deployed its novel solution across all of 15 Maison BMore outlets in the UAE.

Comprising of both a fully customised ECR application deployed on pocket-sized Ingenico iSMP terminals, the new solution enables sales staff to run the application to process payments from anywhere within the store. The solution is also flexible enough to accept a multitude of payment models, which includes Smart EMV, Magstripe and NFC/Contactless.
Integrating between the iSMP application and Karma Technology's iOS merchant application and payment gateway, the iPhone compatible solution connects direct to a proprietary ERP system developed to automate the company's retail operations.

From a security perspective, the new mPOS Cashier System comes standard with fraud protection and point-to-point encryption. As a green device, the unit utilises an electronic mode of receipts shared digitally via SMS or email.
