Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has stated that a number of its banking services will be unavailable towards the end of September.
The bank announced on its website that it will undergo a system upgrade towards the end of the month, leaving most of its services unavailable, including online and mobile banking services.
Other unavailable services include cash transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals at a branch, cheque payments and sending and receiving money. ADCB branches will still be open and customers can use ATMs, as well as their debit and credit cards, but they will not receive SMS notifications during the three day period.
The system upgrade will take place from 4pm on 30 September and will come back on line from 8am on October 3 (UAE time).
