ME hotel room construction up 22.4pc in January

The hotel room construction in the Middle East during January represented a 22.4 per cent increase compared with the same month of 2017, said STR, a global provider of analytics and marketplace insights. The Africa room construction total represented a 13.8 per cent decrease compared with January 2017, STR added in its latest Middle East and Africa hotel supply development update.
