Construction companies are finding it more and more difficult to hire skilled workers to match the growing demand for efficient work and delivery of projects, especially in the Middle East market.

And with additional challenges caused by liquidity crunches coming into the fore in the past few years, budgets for training programmes, apprenticeships, and internships for a lot of local and international companies have dwindled.
