KONE Wins Order for Al Mana Tower in Doha

KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry has won the order to supply 17 elevators and 4 escalators for Al Mana Tower in Doha, Qatar. The stunning 56-stories tower consists of 168 - one, two and three bedroom apartments, and 117 - commercial offices. This high-rise luxury project is spread across 117,508 square meters and is strategically located in Al Dafna. KONE will be equipping the development with 11 KONE MiniSpace® elevators, 6 KONE MonoSpace® elevators and 4 KONE TM110 escalators . The order includes full KONE destination control system and E-Link Monitoring System.

The main contractor is Al Bandary Engineering Trading & Contracting, developed by Mr. Mohammed Hamad Al Mana. The project is expected to be completed in early 2019. The order was booked in the second quarter of 2016.
