Bahrain Marina gears up for Cityscape Global
Bahrain Marina Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Social Insurance Organization (SIO), will be showcasing its 310,000-sq-m mixed-used development coming up in the heart of capital, Manama, at the Cityscape Global, which opens tomorrow (September 11) in Dubai. During the expo, the Bahraini developer will be highlighting the project’s various completion stages. Recognized as the largest and most renowned real estate exhibition in the region, Cityscape Global is a platform bringing together the biggest names in the real estate industry for an opportunity to exchange knowledge and stay abreast with the latest industry trends and challenges. Cityscape showcases the latest developments and projects in the industry, and featuresspecialized programs aimed at addressing most relevant questions and discussions in regards to the real estate industry. Aiming for completion by 2020; the mix-used development will include a five-star lifestyle hotel, serviced and freehold apartments, waterfront villas along with a shopping mall, fully-integrated family entertainment centre and recreational waterfront space with dining and retail space, he explained. A yacht club will be built covering an impressive area with the capacity of berthing a vast number of boats of different sizes, he noted.
