Kele Contracting wins wasl contract

Enabling works and infrastructure underway at Phase 1 of the project near Zabeel Park.

wasl Asset Management Group has appointed Kele Contracting to build the first phase of wasl1, the developer's parkside freehold master development in Dubai.

Enabling works are now underway while Hills & Fort Construction is also on site managing the infrastructure for the development.

Phase 1 of the project includes the Park Gate Residences, which is located adjacent to Zabeel Park, and comprises 746 units including apartments in four residential towers on two podiums.

Hesham Al Qassim, CEO of wasl Asset Management Group, said: “wasl1 is the latest milestone in our mission to provide Dubai with community living spaces that blend the best of city living with a lifestyle surrounded by bliss. We are especially proud of this project, which is our first master development and reflects Dubai’s vision for the freehold sector.”

The project also encompasses 25,000 sq ft of leasable retail space.
