Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) has announced that they have connected 75 new buildings to its services this year.

“This is an important milestone for us as district cooling is an environment-friendly technology and the way forward to achieving a green economy. We’re pleased that developers have realised the importance of this technology and in the coming years, we will see more building owners and developers converting from conventional chilling methods to district cooling,” said Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower.
