Al Habtoor City residential towers now more than 70% complete
The construction of three residential towers at Al Habtoor City is now more than 70% complete, according to Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, founding chairman of the Al Habtoor Group.
The freehold Residence Collection will house 1,427 luxury apartments within three residential towers, including Noora, Amna, and Meera, Al Habtoor said in a statement.
Consisting of two 73-storey towers and one 52-storey tower, the project will comprise deluxe apartments, lofts and simplex, duplex, and VIP penthouses, all ranging from one to seven bedrooms.
The residential towers will also include the largest swimming pool and leisure deck in the UAE.
Other amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, a luxury spa, multiple restaurants and bars, and the Al Habtoor Tennis Academy, which will provide an indoor tennis court for year-round play.
Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor said that the development has met with high demand so far from both local and international investors and that sales are ”proceeding exceptionally well”.
“We launched the sale of the Noora Tower with 546 luxury units, including four ultra-luxury penthouses in 2016. The Residence Collection is over 70 per cent finalized as verified by the Dubai Land Department. We are well on schedule for delivery in towards the end of 2017,” he said.
The development will also feature a permanent, state-of-the-art, high-tech theatre housing the region’s first resident show, La Perle.
The show is created by world-renowned artistic director Franco Dragone, and is described as combining the “spirit of Dubai with a 1300-seat aqua-theatre”.
La Perle will make its debut in September 2017 with tickets already on sale online.
