Tristar Group CEO receives ‘Inspirational Leader’ Award by IBX

Eugene Mayne, Founder and Group CEO of Tristar, the UAE based global conglomerate in liquid logistics solutions, received the ‘Inspirational Leader’ award by International Business Excellence (IBX) Awards in Dubai. The award was presented by Ali Ibrahim, Deputy Director General at Dubai Department of Economic Development at the third edition of the event.

Tristar Group, founded by Eugene Mayne in 1998, today operates one of the largest road tanker fleets in the Middle East and is a leader in the transportation of petroleum and chemical products. The company owns a fleet of 22 ships, operates in 16 countries and employees more than 1800 people.

Mayne was recognised for his inspirational leadership in creating a culture of safety and exceptional customer service in the company, enhancing shareholder value and ensuring ongoing commitment to community.

On receiving the award, Mayne said, “Dubai’s reputation as a center of business excellence has made it a magnate for investments.
