Bloom awards contract for Dubai Marina project
Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding business specialized in the development of sustainable communities, has awarded General Construction Company the contract for the main works of Stella Maris, its water-front development in Dubai, UAE. Taking shape at the southern end of Dubai Marina, the 52-storey luxury development will deliver 313 high-end residences in total, ranging from one-to three-bedroom units, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses. Once complete, the development will also offer a broad range of amenities including a multi-purpose room, a lounge area, a snooker room, a playroom for children, a gymnasium and a private theatre. Outdoor public amenities include a gorgeous garden, swimming pools, and play areas.
