Dubai to get a five-star golfing hotel
Damac Properties on Sunday launched Golfotel, the only premium 5-tower hotel property surrounded by a golf course in Dubai.
The announcement was made as part of Damac's participation at the Arabian Travel Market 2017, taking place in Dubai from Monday.
Golfotel will feature over 2,000 rooms with golf views of the Trump World Golf Club Dubai, which is set within the 55-million square foot community Akoya Oxygen.
The hotel features amenities such as a lounge and international restaurants, a gymnasium, an outdoor swimming pool as well as shuttle services to the best tourist attractions all over Dubai and complimentary airport transfer.
Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties, said: “Investors will be pleased with the opportunity to own a hotel room on an international golf course that reaps higher returns than any other investment classes.
"Owning a hospitality unit provides an attractive return on investment due to the burgeoning tourism industry and potential revenues that can be generated.”
The Trump World Golf Club Dubai is an 18-hole championship standard course designed by superstar Tiger Woods, who will bring his design expertise and worldwide playing experience to the development.
Damac said that when coupled with the Trump brand standard of excellence, the club will create a "new luxury benchmark for golf in the Middle East".
