Hempel Paints renews strategic sponsorship for gulfInteriors

Hempel Paints, one of the world’s leading coatings suppliers, has renewed its strategic sponsorship for Gulf Interiors 2017, a major luxury interiors, designs and furniture showcase taking place in Bahrain later this month. The expo takes place from April 25 to 27 and is held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The coatings manufacturer has made the exhibition as its first choice in Bahrain to unveil its new Topaz Colour Trends collection for interiors and exteriors.

“Gulf Interiors is our exhibition of first choice in Bahrain to promote our portfolio of coatings. The exhibition gives us the opportunity to interact directly with professional clients such as designers, consultants, contractors as well as our ultimate end-users – the consumer. Gulf Interiors gives us a strong brand presence which maintains our market position for our key targets in the real estate and construction sectors of the Middle East,” said Jamil Matraji, sales manager of Hempel Paints in Bahrain.

The new Topaz Colour Trends collection consists of four trends that have been developed to reflect the aspirations and lifestyle of millennials. Inspired by today’s rapidly changing economy and technological developments, the collection is created with the purpose of living in today’s digital world within the allure of comforting surroundings.

The four trends are made of special effects paints with high quality emulsions and enamels. The Candy trend embodies a care-free attitude that includes an eye-catching colour and bright shiny finishes; the Glitch celebrates the human fault and digital disruptions by exploring glitch aesthetics; the X-Ray is weightless and minimal, presenting luminescent and pure colour palettes; and the final trend, Ground, presents textures found in nature with a sophisticated approach that speaks of comfort, a calming environment in sunny climates.

Hempel Paints’ list of clientele within Bahrain includes elite companies of the industrial sector, such as Bapco, Alba, Asry and GPIC, as well as key players in other sectors.

Gulf Interiors carries with it the support of the German Chambers of Commerce (AHK) and the Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism.

The exhibition takes place in conjunction with two other major events – Gulf Construction Expo and Gulf Property Show, providing the biggest integrated business-to-business showcase for the construction, interiors and property sectors ever to be staged in the Northern Gulf, said a statement.
