Emirates Link Maltauro contracted again by Bloom Properties

Emirates Link Maltauro has been appointed to execute and complete the main works at FAYA, the fourth phase of Bloom Properties’ master planned community, Bloom Gardens.

This follows the contractor’s recent delivery of Phase 3 of the project in Abu Dhabi prior to the scheduled hand-over in Q1, 2017.

Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “Bloom enjoys an excellent working relationship with Emirates Link Maltauro which is credited with completing the phase 2 and phase 3 of Bloom Gardens ahead of schedule. Bloom Properties is committed to completing FAYA with the quality standards we have endorsed in earlier phases.”

Bloom Gardens is a residential community in the heart of the capital minutes away from the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park. FAYA will consist of 132 townhomes made up of 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters.
