Emaar unveils residential project in Dubai Marina

Emaar Properties has launched its most recent residential project in Dubai Marina with Vida Residences Dubai Marina.

The development will include a Vida Hotel, Vida Residences Dubai Marina and Yacht Club, according to a spokesperson.

Located in levels 14 to 56 to maximise views, the project includes 360 one to four-bedroom apartments.

The completion date is estimated to be by the end of 2020 while the cost of the project has not been disclosed.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, said: “Vida Residences Dubai Marina offers a distinctive lifestyle choice for residents who prefer waterfront living in a central location.

“With its focus on the nautical heritage of Dubai Marina, the homes are ideally suited as first homes for long-stays or as a holiday home, thus appealing to both UAE-based and international investors.

All apartments will have spacious balconies with marina views.
