Sobha Group has launched Hartland Estates Forest Villas, a selection of residential units located within its $4bn (AED14.7bn) Sobha Hartland community.

The four- and five-bedroom L-shaped villas, which are available in eight floor plans, will be surrounded by 223,000m2of greenery, according to Sobha.

Sobha Hartland is a mixed-use freehold community located in Dubai’s Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBR City).

The UAE-based real estate developer’s Forest Villas will feature a choice of three façades, and investors will have the option of installing transparent fencing for an unobstructed forest view.

PNC Menon, founder and chairman of Sobha Group, said: “To meet with investor demands for luxurious and large villas in the centre of town, we are delighted to announce this latest offering of Forest Villas.

“We have designed these exquisite villas keeping in mind each type of lifestyle, investment preference, and purpose as there are both multiple options of layouts and sizes,” he added.

Phase 1 of Hartland Estates, which comprises 48 villas, is scheduled to complete in December 2018.

More than 70% of homes within Phases 1 and 2 of Sobha Hartlands have been sold, according to the Sobha Group.

In June 2017. Sobha Group launched Hartland Aflux, a twin-tower residential complex that will be developed as part of the community’s Phase 3.
