Experience Pascal Aussignac’s Gourmet Menu For A Limited Time At Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

This March, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah welcomes the widely acclaimed chef, Pascal Aussignac of Michelin-starred Club Gascon restaurant to showcase a specially crafted menu for four days.The multi-award winning restauranteur, who hails from Toulouse in south-west France is residing at the hotel from 15 -18 March to present a Gascon-inspired menu at Al Muntaha restaurant.

Chef Pascal is classically trained with French master chefs such as Alain Dutournier and Gerard Vic. Alongside his business partner Vincent Labeyrie he opened his flagship restaurant, Club Gascon in the heart of London 18 years ago. They now have seven other affiliate artisan restaurants across London.

Over the three days in Al Muntaha, Chef Pascal will personally prepare the menu for both lunch and dinner services. Guests are invited to experience the imaginitive cuisine from Pascal’s beloved homeland Gascony, which is famous for foie gras.Pascal’s lavish four-course set menu features his take on the French classic; ultimate foie gras and caviar sturia with an oceanic crisp. Maine lobster seared with seaweed butter and accompanied by Greek style root vegetables follows as the fish course and for the main course Chef Pascal will prepare roasted milk fed veal tenderloin and black truffle braised brisket “Osso Bucco Style” gratinated Parmigianino macaroni. The final course of the AED 650 menu is whipped ganache, gianduja shortbread with chuao 75% chocolate cream and finished with violet candy.

Chef Pascal will be at the Burj al Arab’s Al Muntaha restaurant from 16 – 18 March 2016.

Lunch: Serving from 12:30 to 15:00 (last order 14:30) Dates: 16 March 2016 – 17 March 2016

Dinner: Serving from 19:00 to 00:00 (last order 23:30) Dates: 15 March 2016 – 18 March 2016
