The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) in partnership with CCM Consultancy hosted a session on ‘Practical Application of the Customer Journey’ – the second session out of a four part workshop series which discovers the steps and skills required to make a difference with clients in order to create a differentiated customer experience. The session was facilitated by Edward Matti, CFP, Managing Partner CCM Consultancy, and attended by DBWC members.
