An Electrifying Evening of Music & Yoga at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road

Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road is holding a unique and innovative rooftop yoga session on Saturday, the 30th of January – the perfect addition to your New Year fitness regime.

Vinyasa Yoga means ‘to connect the breath with movement’. It is an accessible and therapeutic form of yoga to suit everyone – whether you are new to yoga, stressed out, recovering from injury or want to compliment your more intense cardio-vascular fitness or dynamic yoga practice.

The evening will involve a carefully crafted exploration of yoga, music and meditation – guests are invited to power up their weekend whilst soaking up breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline from the rooftop helipad. A live DJ will be spinning deep and soulful house music to compliment the session.

The event will be concluded with alcohol-free drinks and gourmet vegetarian food at the award-winning Level 43 Sky Lounge.

The event is free for all to attend and is slated to take place at 5:00 P.M. It is being held in partnership with Sun and Sand Sports, Inspire Yoga and Guava Pass.
